How to gain holistically from these works:
Do peruse each gallery at your leisure, as one would an actual art gallery, stopping where the heart reads, leads the way. All paintings include a close-up. You may wish to receive a balance from these works, which were created with a multitude of loving, healing intent. Intend to be focused within self through relaxation or self-hypnosis (the alpha state of mind) or the Blinking Technique which follows. You may simply enlarge a work on your screen or print it out and be with it for a short time, perhaps feeling the meaning, goodness and power of the words of the respective affirmation and its accompanying painting, in your heart center.
There is a method Marr utilizes with clients: The Blinking Technique: Look at the painting for 2 seconds, blink, look 2 seconds again and repeat this looking and blinking, 6 xs in total. During a healing session a practitioner may then ask a client at a specific time to reactivate the memory of the painting:
“Breathe in the loving intent of the painting; allow it to pervade all of your cells. Then exhale and release the old ways and attitudes. Now, think about your new ways of being effective and participating.” Do this conscious breath twice.
You could consider viewing intuitively a series or sequence of symbols/paintings in a given order for a specific dis-ease or simply for your highest good.
You may simply intuit the painting that would benefit you most at a given time or you may resonate with the accompanying affirmations. Feed your inner landscape with this colour and movement. Do visit often! You now have all blessings imbued within, and can feel the difference, can you not? (At this time these works are not for sale.)
